We take great care when sending the ordered goods and when recieving return and exchange items. Accepted orders will be sent as quickly as possible and in order of receipt. You pay no shippingcosts.

Deliverytime
As a rule, delivery will be within 3 working days after the order is received and accepted. If a delivery is unexpectedly late or did not take place because the items ordered are not in stock or for any other reason delayed, you will get a message as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

Delivery
You order will be delivered to your door or you can use a different delivery address (please refer to "My delivery choice" during the ordering process on this site). We deliver in Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Spain, Sweden, USA and Canada. Other countries on request.

It is not possible to pick up your order.

Shipping costs
You pay no shipping costs for deliveries in Holland, € 9,- for delivery in Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Spain and Sweden and €20,- to USA and Canada. If you wish to exchange an item or returning it, shipping costs are for your own account.
