From the moment you receive your Warmbats, you have 14 days in which to exchange or return. For exchange or return, the Warmbats must be returned unused with original labels and tags, including the unopened bottle Water & Stain repellants. So do not cut or peel off the labels while fitting!

Exchange

If the size is wrong or if you prefer a different colour of the same model, then you can exchange your Warmbats for free. Please check our webshop first, for available sizes and colors.

How exchange works:

• Fill in the details of the Warmbats that you want to exchange on the form that is sent with your order.
• You can also download this form.
• Fill in the size or colour you want to receive in its place.
• Pack the item in its original box and shipping carton, including the completed form, the included orderform and tyhe unopened bottle Water & Stain repellants.
• The box should be well sealed*.
• We will send you your new pair of Warmbats, if we have received your package in good order.
• Shipping costs are for your own account.

Returns

After recieving your Warmbats we will refund the purchase amount to the account from which the Warmbats were paid within 10 working days.

How to return:

• You fill in the details of the pair you want to return on the form that is sent with your order and encircles the reason for return.
• You can also download this form.
• You pack the item in its original box and shipping carton, including this form, the included orderform and the unopened bottle of Water & Stain repellants.
• The box should be well sealed*.
• Shipping costs are for your own account.
