A. Very safe. We use our online store to receive your payment information. What's the average time from placing an order at Warmbat.com, to receiving my order?


A. In the USA, our estimated shipping time is currently 7 days from placing the order to having it arrive at your doorstep.  We maintain great stocks of our products and receive weekly shipments in our warehouses, but as demand for some products can sometimes far exceed supply, we are sometimes temporarily out of stock in some sizes. If we are out of stock, we will let you know that it is backordered as soon as we process your order.

Will there be any other costs for my order, taxes, duties etc?

 

A. For all our USA customers you will see the exact cost on the order form as you check out. 

Warmbat.com is not responsible for duties and taxes as there may be some taxes and duties (Ohio state tax and various taxes for some countries outside the United States). The customer is responsible for these fees.

What size do I put on the order form?

A. Sheepskin Boots are always made in full sizes. For accuracy purposes, we ask that as you select your size, if you always wear a 1/2 size, Round UP to the next size. If you sometimes wear the smaller, full size Round DOWN, remember Sheepskin Boots should be snug at first as they will stretch slightly as they wear-in.

We have an awesome return policy (see Exchanges & Returns) so should your Sheepskin Boots not fit quite right, we will send you a replacement pair as quickly as possible.

Are Warmbat sheepskin boots waterproof?

 

A. All genuine "Double Faced" sheepskin boots are not waterproof but can be treated with a water/stain repellent to prevent water damage. Once properly treated, they will hold up in snow and rain in temperatures up to -30F below (or -34 Celsius).

How can I exchange or return my order?

 

A. We stand by our products & offer a total quality guarantee. Our products on this site will be free from any defects or faulty workmanship, or you will receive either an Exchange or Refund.

 

Should you need to return your order, within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason whatsoever, please follow the directions on how to send it back. Contact Us

 

In the case of an exchange for our customers, once received in our warehouse, we will replace the item & send back to you, at our cost (1st exchange only), as soon as possible. All exchanges have the highest priority and are processed before new orders.

If the reason for the exchange was due to us sending you something other than what was on your original order, we will also provide you with a credit for the cost of the return for standard, insured delivery services.

In the case of a Return, once received, we will refund the original purchase price, within 30 days of receipt. In the event that the customer was originally offered free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the credit / refund.

All Exchanges and Refunds must be accompanied by a receipt.  Sorry, we cannot exchange or give refunds on "Worn" Sheepskin Boots or orders over 30 days old or manufacturers defects over 1 year old.
