Our bilingual customer service (NL-EN) is available Mondays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. You can also send an email to info@warmbatshop.nl . We aim to respond within two business days. If you have a question about your order, please always include your order number in the subject line of your email. You can find your order number on the order confirmation that you automatically receive after placing an order.
