Our bilingual customer service (NL-EN) is available Mondays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at +31 (0)30 6879295. You can also send an email to: info@warmbatshop.nl . We aim to respond within two business days. If you have a question about your order, please always include your order number in the subject line of your email. You can find your order number on the order confirmation that you automatically receive after placing an order.
Email confirmations may end up in your spam or junk mail folder. Therefore, always check this mailbox first. If you still haven't received the email, please contact our customer service: info@warmbatshop.nl . Please include your order number, the name you placed the order under, and the order date.
We deliver orders to DHL within 24 hours (working days). DHL then typically delivers the package within 48 hours (within the Netherlands) and 72 hours (within France and Germany). You'll receive a Track & Trace code to track your order. Please note: it may take a few hours for this link to become active.

Returns are no problem! You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. After notifying us that you are canceling the purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product.

No, unfortunately, exchanging for a different item or size is not possible. If you'd like a different item or size, you can place a new order in our shop.
All products offered are covered by the statutory warranty. This means the product must perform as reasonably expected. If this is not the case, Warmbat.nl will arrange for repair, replacement, or—if no solution is available—a refund of the purchase price.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) and a substantive response within 14 days.
You can track the status of your return yourself using the track & trace link provided by your chosen carrier. It's important to keep this number until we receive the package. You won't receive an automatic notification from us after we've received your return or refunded the amount.
Within 10 business days of receiving the package, the amount paid will be refunded to the same account used for payment. You can find the refund under Shopify Payments. If a refund is issued to your credit card, the amount will be reversed. You can find the refund amount on your credit card's monthly statement.
If you maintain your Warmbats properly, they will last longer and stay looking good for longer.
We recommend spraying the outside of suede or (polyurethane) leather slippers and boots with a dirt- and water-repellent spray before use. Maintain a safe distance from the product and distribute the mist evenly. Repeat this spraying regularly, and more often if you wear your Warmbats frequently. To ensure you don't experience unpleasant odors, use an odor-neutralizing spray on the inside.
Wet Warmbats
Dry wet Warmbats by stuffing them with newspaper and storing them in a room with a normal room temperature (approximately 18 degrees Celsius). Placing them near a heat source (such as a radiator) increases the risk of creating rings in the material. We therefore advise against this!
Dirty Warmbats
Make sure your Warmbats are dry (for example, from mud) before cleaning them with a soft brush or a dry cloth.
And lastly:
We often get asked if the Warmbats are machine washable. We do NOT recommend this. If you do, do so at your own risk. Be sure to choose a wool wash cycle and dry them as described under "Wet Warmbats" —not on or near a radiator!
Grease and oil stains are unfortunately impossible to remove from the materials we use!
The hides our manufacturers use are byproducts of the Australian food industry. The breeders of these sheep are subject to Australian law.
